Take your family and friends along to Fort Purbrook as it hosts its annual community event this June.

Experience a whole host of activities available throughout the day, including laser tag in the moat, pony rides, archery in the range, an assault course, bouldering and air rifle shooting. Or maybe just pull up a hay bale and soak up the atmosphere - there's plenty for everyone!

There will be community stalls, face painting, soft play for the under 5's and fete games.

Plus, don't miss the opportunity to sample the heritage of this Victorian Fort with a guided mini tour of the tunnels.

Entertainment comes from the Ready to Rock Roadshow, Sax in the City, Victory Dog Agility, Fort Widley Saddle Club pony displays, have-a-go Judo and more.

New for 2025 will be Herigeas Hundas, who will bring the sights, sounds and smells of an Anglo Saxon encampment with their historical Saxon reenactment.

As well as all the activities and entertainment there will be delicious food and drink on offer from various vendors.
