Portsmouth Park and Ride is a convenient and sustainable travel option for visitors coming from outside or north of the city. Located just off Junction 1 of the M275, it provides a convenient alternative to city centre parking.
PR1 buses runs every 15 minutes to the city centre and The Hard Interchange. During summer weekends, the service is extended to Southsea, making it even easier to explore Portsmouth’s attractions and events.

Prices are per ticket for up to five people.
Day return: Great value, with unlimited hop-on, hop-off travel between stops
Day return plus Hoverbus: Change at The Hard or city centre for a connecting Hoverbus to Clarence Pier
Flexipass: Convenient and cost-effective for regular travellers

- Saturday 7.30am – 7.45pm
- Sunday & Public Holidays 8.30am – 6.30pm
The car park opens 30 minutes before the first bus departs and closes 30 minutes after the last bus leaves the site. Hours may vary during the summer season so please check the website for updates.

- Overnight parking is not permitted
