Port Solent marina provides the perfect setting to sit back and enjoy the relaxed, holiday atmosphere of the south coast's premier waterside dining and leisure destination. Leave all your stresses behind in the (free) car park. The only concern you'll have is how to choose from the vast range of top quality restaurants and stylish bars on the waterside - all with stunning views across the 800-berth marina.
Port Solent offers visitors a unique waterside dining and shopping experience, as well as regular entertainment and events and a fantastic multi-screen Odeon Cinema. Grab a real Italian ice cream and put your feet up in one of the classic seaside deckchairs, perfectly placed to watch the comings and goings of the visiting yachts.
Whatever floats your boat when it comes to food, Port Solent has something to tempt even the most discerning taste buds. With restaurants representing all corners of the globe there’s a truly international flavour, so you're sure to find something suitable. For a taste of the Mediterranean head for one of the Italian restaurants and pizzerias, like the unique O Sole Mio or the family favourites Zizzi, Prezzo and Pizza Express or try out the tapas in La Casa Flamenca. If you’re looking for a taste of the Deep South head to Casa Brasil, or sample some contemporary Indian cuisine on offer in India Quay. If you prefer something a bit closer to home, there's a very popular Harvester.
For fans of all things American, head over to Friendly Phil’s or why not combine dinner with a dance in the glamorous Watermark bar or grab a bite to eat in the relaxed atmosphere of the Sir Alec Rose bar? Or, if it's just lunch or coffee and a delicious cake stop, there's always Richoux and Gracie-Ann's tea room in The Trading Post.
It's not just food and drink on offer. Alongside the cinema and health & fitness centre there is a selection of stylish shops, including Pavers Shoes, Snow & Rock, Cycle Surgery, Runners Need, Cotton Traders, Bookends and The Trading Post – a collection of unique traders offering a boutique shopping experience. Here, you’ll find craft and artisan giftware, jewellery & fashion accessories, a ladies beauty room & a men’s barbers. Or for animal lovers, why not pop along to Bow Wow’s, the South Coast’s first Dog Café, groomers and boutique pet shop. Eat, drink and bark!
Whatever the weather and whatever the occasion, Port Solent has got everything needed for a relaxing and glamorous day out on the stylish South Coast. With its easy access and free parking, it’s perfect for couples, families and parties - day or night.
