This holiday home is an ideal base for couples or families who want a short term holiday let based in a central location. All areas are accessible by guests.
The living room is a sociable area offering a large corner sofa and TV/stereo with Xbox/PlayStation. There are also a few board games should you wish to chill on a rainy day. In the garden you can enjoy a morning coffee, or sit out in the evening with a glass of wine while catching the last of the sun.
It's a pleasant two-minute walk to Southsea beach and common, where the popular Parade Cafe is situated. Old Portsmouth, meanwhile, is just 10 minutes away on foot. Here you can take in the cobbled streets and traditional English pubs offering a great selection of food and drinks - all with views of the sea.
The family fairground, with funfair rides, crazy golf and arcades, is a five minute walk, whilst the designer outlets, cafes and bars of Gunwharf Quays is just 20 minutes away. In the opposite direction is Albert Road, offering bars, restaurants and a theatre.
There are many nearby shops, whether you want to pick up a host of supplies or just some small bits to keep you going. There's a Spar just a couple of minutes away, whilst Sainsbury's is a five-minute walk or Waitrose under 10.
Portsmouth & Southsea and Portsmouth Harbour train stations can be reached in 20 minutes.
