About

The National Museum of the Royal Navy provides a variety of historical settings that are sure to wow any guest. From incredible ships and submarines such as HMS Victory and HMS Warrior 1860 to their breath-taking Georgian museum buildings. Whether you're looking for an incredible setting to a host a corporate dinner, conference or hire a space for a party, their selection of memorable venues will provide the perfect back drop for any event.

The National Museum of the Royal Navy tells the 800 year story of the Royal Navy across its galleries - all with an abundance of atmosphere. Step back in time for your function, as the galleries provide a unique venue for corporate hospitality.

Where else can you see an Enigma Machine, Nelson’s chair and table from the Great Cabin of HMS Victory, the famous Wyllie Panorama of the Battle of Trafalgar or an Exocet missile?

Let your guests marvel at the exhibits on display, from the figureheads and the barge that transported Nelson’s body along the Thames for his funeral in St Paul’s Cathedral (which are on display in the Victory Gallery), to the furniture from HMS Victory’s Great Cabin on which the strategy for battle of Trafalgar was formed (located in the Nelson Gallery), and the silver from the Royal Yacht Victoria and Albert in the Princess Royal Gallery.

Whether it's for a daytime function, as you seek to release the potential of your delegates by removing them from the confines of the office and transporting them to the undisturbed setting of the National Museum of the Royal Navy, or a more relaxed evening affair, organise your next conference, meeting or event surrounded by years of Naval tradition and history.

It's the ideal setting for a truly memorable experience. The galleries have stunning views of HMS Victory and make an ideal setting for your ‘out of office experience’. Should you wish to get a real feel of history then make the National Museum of the Royal Navy your first choice.

For every booking you will have your own dedicated liaison at the National Museum, who will be on hand to facilitate the smooth running of your event, ensuring that all you have to do as the client is to entertain your guests. If these aren’t enough reasons to hire the Museum, why not consider having a behind the scenes tour with one of the experts, a backstage tour of the archives and stores, a guided tour of HMS Victory, or even adding the flair of the Fort Cumberland Guard to your event?
