Located at the entrance to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, HMS Warrior 1860 is a unique and memorable venue for any special occasion.

The ship has a variety of historic spaces that can suit parties of 20-240. Guests can choose to hold their event from the magnificent surroundings of the Captain’s cabin to the truly unforgettable setting of the gun-deck, or why not enjoy an unforgettable drinks reception on the top deck complete with stunning views across the harbour?

This spectacular Victorian warship - now based within Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - was once the most feared on the planet. It had an iron hull and was bigger, faster and more fortified than any other. Despite this, it never fired a shot in anger.

Today, HMS Warrior 1860 welcomes visitors and can cater for evening events from 20 guests in the Ward Room, up to 60 guests on the Half Deck, up to 288 on the Main Gun Deck, or cocktail parties for up to 600. The ship is hired out exclusively to one party.

Your guests will have the opportunity to tour the ship and talk to the knowledgeable Quartermasters and guides who will be on hand to answer questions.
