Dining and drinking in their newly refurbished Terrace Restaurant & Bar is all about relaxation and contemporary, quality cuisine. We serve British cuisine with a sprinkle of Mediterranean influence, using fresh ingredients from local suppliers. With their beautiful terrace fitted with heaters and blankets, why not dine on Alfresco offering the perfect place to enjoy the summer sun, you can take afternoon tea, sip a refreshing cocktail or dine day or night on their hearty cuisine and relax with them.

The brand-new Sister property- Lodge at Solent, opened in 2017 and is located just across from the hotel- conveniently found next to their Parsons Collar Pub & Kitchen, with their own pizza oven and ice cream parlour, offering 54 contemporary brand-new bedrooms. With dog friendly bedrooms available, and kid’s welcome at the Parsons Collar, why not bring the whole family to enjoy an adventurous weekend away whilst exploring the surrounding areas.
