Benefits of Haldi/Tumeric

Haldi is the Bangladeshi word for Turmeric. It’s the spice that gives curry its vibrant yellow color.
It has been used in Bangladesh and India for thousands of years, as a spice and medicinal herb. Having a spoonful a day can help reduce aging and aid cancer prevention, among many other health benefits.
