Yoga With Alex celebrates International Yoga Day with a heart-opening, community-rooted class at Staggeringly Good Brewery. The lesson will move through a grounding asana practice, then connect with breath through prāṇāyāma, and finish with a peaceful meditation — all guided with intention and joy. After the class, participants are invited to stay for a warm cup of tea or coffee and connect with fellow yogis.

The class is open to all levels – participants just need to bring a mat and an open heart.

This year's global theme, "Yoga for One Earth, One Health", reflects India's vision for a healthier, more connected world. As Indian Prime Minister Modi shared: "We wish to make the whole world healthy through yoga."
