Garden Yoga

Garden Yoga takes place in the garden behind The Butterfly House at Portsmouth Natural History Museum (Cumberland House) every Tuesday at 7pm. Enjoy a good stretch and practice various postures which will build up to a blissful Yoga flow. Classes also include breath work and a meditation practice.

Gentle, Beginners Yoga

On Mondays at 10am and Thursdays at 7pm there are Gentle, Beginners Classes offering a slow stretch and flow. In these classes you will enjoy a good stretch and learn various postures which will build up to a blissful Yoga flow. Classes also include breath work and a meditation practice.
