About

Get ready for the Keep Attacking Assault Race, an adrenaline-charged 4 mile (with optional 8 mile) obstacle challenge returning to Portsmouth on Saturday 6 September 2025, hosted by Synergy Success Network & Brian Wood MC.

This tough, yet inclusive event, weaves through the scenic woodlands and rugged shoreline trails of Anchorage Park, featuring steep hills, water crossings, and strategically placed obstacles designed to test strength, endurance and teamwork.

Led by Brian Wood MC, decorated British Army veteran and motivational endurance ambassador, expect a powerful military-style warm-up, expert guidance on course, and unwavering encouragement throughout the day.
