28 July: Boy Seaman in the Royal Navy
Ron will talk about his own experience from his time in the Royal Navy, which includes how a photograph taken of him as a sailor ended up on the front cover of a Ladybird book!
Following each talk, Ron will conduct the daily 2pm tour, giving visitors behind-the-scenes access onto the workshop floor and operational boats out on the pontoon.
This is a free event and Boathouse 4 is free to enter in the Historic Dockyard; you do not need to buy tickets. If you would like to pre-book your space onto the talk please email BH4@pnbpt.com or you can book with a visitor host on the day of the talk
