Fairtrade Fortnight this year is all about women, cocoa and the need for living incomes.
It will tell the stories of women farmers in West Africa and how hard they work for far less than a living income. The focus is on women's rights but also on the ways that the changing climate is making farmers' lives harder and threatening supplies. Everyone knows that Fairtrade is about a fair price but it's also about building communities, human rights, empowering women and tackling the climate crisis.
Fairtrade can change lives but in order to do so, far more people need to ask for and buy Fairtrade products!
