About
Tonic - Music for Mental Health offers a series of workshops for people looking to get into music. These cover everything from playing an instrument to starting a blog or getting involved behind the scenes.
With social distancing still a concern, the Tonic team has started offering free virtual workshops taking place during term time. If you want to participate, just head to the Tonic website, read the Participant Handbook for information and fill out a Registration Form. Once you've done this, someone from the Tonic team will be in touch to arrange an appointment for an informal chat, before signing you up to your chosen workshops.
Specific workshops will take place at set times and dates. These are:
Tuesdays
Guitar - 11am - 12pm
Review writing - 1pm - 2pm
Wednesdays
Zoom 1-1s - 11am - 12pm
Songwriting - 1pm - 2pm
Thursdays
Bass - 11am - 12pm
Vocals - 1pm - 2pm
In addition to the workshops, Tonic regularly posts updates and tips to its website and social channels, so keep following them to ensure you don't miss anything.
