photo of Cecil Cottage

There is plenty to do and see in Portsmouth - something for everyone - whether it be shopping, dining out, museums, maritime history, attractions, relaxation, night clubs and much more, Cecil Cottage is an excellent base for the exploration of them all.

Cecil Cottage is a newly-refurbished Grade-II Victorian listed building sited on the cobbled streets of Spice Island, Old Portsmouth within yards of historic pubs serving excellent food. It is directly opposite Camber fishing dock and within sight of Gunwharf Quays and the Spinnaker Tower - both are 'must see' attractions during your stay.

Free parking is available just across the road and there are excellent coach and rail links within 15 minutes walk. Also close by is the Gunwharf Quays shopping outlets and the Historic Dockyard.

Southsea pier and a "Blue Reef" Aquarium are but a short walk away. There are 2 Doubles and a Twin available - all with en-suite bathrooms with modern Italian fittings.

All rooms have digital colour TV installed and there is a separate guest lounge for your relaxation. Breakfast is served in a modern, wood-floor dining room with granite-top tables.
