Birchwood is a four star Guest House totally non-smoking where emphasis is based around your comfort, safety, good locally sourced food and most important, friendly service. Birchwood is an Edwardian house, family run and overlooking Waverley Gardens.

We offer a choice of family accommodation as well as twin, double and single bedded rooms. All our rooms are beautifully decorated and fully equipped with WiFi and flat screen TVs with freeview. Birchwood is ideally situated for all the attractions that Portsmouth and Southsea have to offer.
On-road Parking is unrestricted.
