The three-bed apartment is a duplex with three double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, plus separate bathroom, kitchen/dining/living area and large rooftop patio garden. All are fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer-drier, TV, DVD player and ipod dock. Internet access available on request. All linen, towels, etc included.
Secure, off-road parking for one car included in the price; parking for additional vehicles charged at discounted rate.
Minimum stay 3 consecutive nights. Full payment is payable 4 weeks in advance of commencement of booking plus a £300 refundable security deposit is payable at least 7 days before guests' arrival date.
