In both cases walk to the road (The Hard) and turn left. At the corner of Queen Street and the Hard enter the Histric Dockyard on foot via Victory Gate (By the Tourist Information Centre). Pass the Visitor Centre and then Boat House 4 on the left hand side. We are in the next large brick building on the left. Entry to the Historic Dockyrad is free except during special events.
Exit the M27 at junction 12 and join the M275. Follow the brown tourist signs to the Historic Waterfront and then Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
