In 2009 the Marriott Hotel at Portsmouth introduced their new Sealevel Restaurant and Lounge.

Nestled in the outskirts of the City Centre the Sealevel Restaurant and Lounge offers the freshest seafood with a variety of Sealevel Signature fish dishes and the most succulent steaks. These dishes include; clam chowder with crispy smoked pancetta, our famous mouth-watering fish pie with smoked haddock and salmon, a fantastic grill section with Marriott Steak sauce, Slow braised Lamb Shank and Pan fried Calves Liver with Pancetta mashed potato and shallot jus. All our deserts are made fresh by our skilled chefs.

Following the recent introduction of its new à la carte menu in September 2010, the Sealevel Restaurant at the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel has just been honoured with its first AA Rosette.

The Rosette was awarded for the following dishes: Crab cakes with fennel and watercress salad and a citrus dressing, Monkfish with Succotash and red wine sauce, Vanilla Crème Brûlée.
