Archaeological adventurers wanted! All ages welcome! Bring a swimsuit and try a dive! There are talks galore and tours of the fort. Entry and all activities are free!

Whether you wish to watch the gory glory of the Gladiators or try your hand at the ancient art of cave painting there is so much to do. Children - you have the opportunity to become an archaeologist for the day and follow the archaeological trail, digging in your own excavation and learnng all about the objects and bones you find. There is also the chance to see the state of the art laboratories, X-Ray your objects and meet the brilliant scientists and their machines that go ping.

Enter Portsmouth on the A2030 and follow signs for Hayling Ferry. Fort Cumberland is to be found on the right hand side.
