Add South Coast Wakeboarding to your Itinerary

wakeboarding

Beginers to pro’s South Coast H2O is the home of the UK’s longest System 2.o straqightline cable. Sutiable for Wakeboarders, Kitesurfers, Wakeskaters and just about anyone who wants to rip it up on the water from 8 years old.

For beginners the System 2.0 is a perfect learning tool, gradually picking up speed unlike a full size cable which runs at a constant pace. At any one time there is only one rider on the system with the operator tracking your every move adjusting speed accordingly and offering advice, if you fall the system will stop and the tow handle brought back to you so you can start where you fell – no more swimming to the edge and running back to start, more ride time less wasted energy.

Intermediates learning to use our competition standard rails and kickers will progress quickly. The system 2.o allows riders to hit obstacles over and over in quick succession allowing riders to perfect their style again as with beginners if a rider falls the system stops the tow handle brought back and off you go again to hit the rails for another time.

Pro’s can just rip up the entire park and really go for your imagination is the only limit with the range of combo’s you can pull off. The worlds best riders are using the System 2.o all over the globe it is an awesome piece of kit.

Lessons, Coaching & Comps

Beginners should take our 2 hr introduction lesson, during this you will be introduced to the theory and how to ride safely before hitting the water. By the end of this lesson you will be up on the board and well on your way to making turns and enjoying the continuous ride. You will be taught by our cable operators who are all qualified coaches. For this reason we can book lessons at a time to suit you. Just give us a call and we can make the booking for you

Obstacles

You will be launching from our UNIT walkway and start dock which is designed to absorb all the chop and make the start area nice and easy

We have 2 obstacles for your enjoyment:

Kicker

The kicker is the bread and butter of any wake park, it is suitable for every standard of rider from a professional to someone who has never hit an obstacle before. Boat style tricks can be performed off the kicker like spins, inverts and grabs.

Flatbar

The flat bar is starting to get a little bit more technical, it is the next stage up after the box rail has been mastered. It is thinner on top which means you need more skill to ride it and perform tricks on. These are classic rails which are highly rated by all wakeboarders and wakeskaters.
