4 luxury apartments (three 2-bed; one 3-bed) with breathtaking panoramic harbour views, located within the award-winning Admiralty Quarter development and within walking distance of Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays Designer Outlet.
All four apartments are decorated and furnished to a very high standard with colour co-ordinated soft furnishings, bedcovers, etc to reflect a modern, relaxed living style.
Two-bed apartments have two double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, plus separate bathroom, kitchen/dining/living area and balcony. The three-bed apartment is a duplex with three double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, plus separate bathroom, kitchen/dining/living area and large rooftop patio garden. All are fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer-drier and TV. Internet access available on request. All linen, towels etc included.
Secure, off-road parking for one car included in the price; parking for additional vehicles charged at discounted rate.
Minimum stay 3 consecutive nights. Full payment plus £300 refundable security deposit payable at least 7 days in advance of commencement of booking. The owners regret that the apartments are not suitable for children under 14.
