Get set for a sizzling summer of live music - with an array of styles and genres at the Bandstand.

With a fantastic line up for this summer the place to be on a Sunday afternoon is the Bandstand. This is still one of the most popular free events in Portsmouth and enjoyed by all the family. So pack a picnic, blanket, chair and your sun cream and head down to Southsea. Not forgetting those all important dancing shoes for those of you who want to show off your best moves!

Sunday August 8, 1pm – 60’s / 70’s Disco – Live karaoke!
A 5-piece fantastic live band will perform and members of the audience can put their names forward to sing their karaoke favourites with the band

Sunday August 15, 1pm – Bollywood / Bhangra
The Bollywood Band supported by DJ Dipak and bollywood dancers

Sunday August 22, 1pm – Rhythm and Blues
The Cadillac Kings supported by Portsmouth’s Rock Choir

Sunday August 29, 1pm – Show Tunes
Featuring both professional and local amateur performers singing all of your show tune favourites!
