The cinema's policy is to programme world cinema's new and recent releases, together with cult and classic movies.
No 6 is managed and programmed by Simon Middleton based in Portsmouth and the cinema was developed by Steven Metcalf, who operates two other cinemas -The Screen Room in Nottingham (the world's smallest cinema) which, like No 6, focuses on world cinema, and Cinemac at Macclesfield which screens both world cinema and the latest Hollywood blockbusters.
