Three bedroom house with three reception rooms. Sleeps up to 5 or 7 with sofa bed (sofa bed in 2nd reception room, not living room). Travel cot, high chair, baby monitoring device and installation of stairgates available on request. Property located in a quite cul de sac in Alverstoke with Stokes Bay Beach nearby. Close to Town Centre offering easy access to Portsmouth via Gosport Ferry.
Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine & microwave. Welcome Hamper on arrival which includes wine and chocolates. Separate downstairs WC. Aids available for guests with limited mobility upon request. Working Victorian Fireplaces. Gas Central Heating & Double Glazing throughout. Colour TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi. Garden with table and chairs. Good quality bedding, linen and towels provided and included in the cost. Utility bills included. Small safe available for valuables, passports etc. Full kitchen and furniture inventory available prior to arrival upon request. Open all year round including Christmas & New Year. We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests pets. Please note that smoking is not permitted within the house. Wi-Fi broadband access, Sky TV (Movie and Sports Channels) included in rental cost.
