A Brittany FerryPortsmouth Continental Ferry Port offers a number of ferries to France, Spain and the Channel Islands. Whilst Portsmouth Harbour offers routes to the Isle of Wight and Gosport. These services run daily 7 days a week.

Portsmouth International Port

Exciting times lie ahead for Portsmouth International Port, whose new terminal opens in spring 2011.  The terminal promises an even better passenger experience with facilities including a bright, pleasant café, comfortable seating in attractive, contemporary surroundings and shops perfect for last-minute purchases, travel essentials and a range of souvenirs.  Take a look at the terminal construction videos for more information.

The port has invested in two new eco-friendly buses to transport passengers between the terminal and the ships.  You can read more about this in the press release.

Gosport Ferry runs to and from Gosport

Hayling Island Ferry runs between Eastney and Hayling Island. Please note: the ferry is out of service for essential maintenance w/c 24th October 2011.

Hovertravel operates a service from Southsea Seafront to Ryde Pier

Wightlink operates to Fishbourne and Ryde on the Isle of Wight

Berth Facilites

Berths are available at Gunwharf Quays Marina, Port Solent Marina and Haslar Marina

Please note permission from QHM must be obtained before entering and leaving Gunwharf Quays Marina. QHM can be reached on VHF Channel 11.
