Whether you like to splash about in the sea or do lengths in our Olympic sized pool, enjoy a historic walk, take in a round of golf, or follow one of nine themed cycle trails, there is plenty to keep you active in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth's Mountbatten Centre offers a range of sporting activities including 50m swimming pool, athletics track, state of the art gym and health suite, outdoor cycling velodrome, squash courts and fitness classes. Portsmouth's Pyramids Centre offers a fun swimming experience with water chutes and wave machine plus new spa, with salt grotto, herbal steam room and sauna.

Portsmouth has two 18 hole golf courses - Great Salterns and  Portsmouth Golf Club. Southsea is also home to Southsea Links Pitch n Putt and Mini and Crazy Golf courses for all the family.

You can practice your volleys at one of the many tennis courts or why not have a game of Beach Volleyball right on the seafront. Get your skates on at Southsea Skatepark or try a taster session in canoeing, kayaking or sailing at Portsmouth Watersports Centre.
